Good one Linda! I know I don't have kids, but if I did and I overheard someone calling them dumb, I'd say something like that too....
Also, one of the rare times where Linda was more concerned than Bob. Linda got pissed off pretty quick, while Bob seemed to shrug it, like Frond had every right to say it. Weird. Usually, it's Bob who realizes the kids are getting insulted and it takes Linda awhile to register.
