Who does Jocelyn's voice?
Who does Jocelyn's voice? The girl at school with the side ponytail who often hangs around with Tammy and talks like a Valley Girl (just the intonation, not the lingo)? I can't find her in any of the cast listings, even episodes in which she has speaking parts, and I never see her listed in the show credits. For some reason she just cracks me up.
