BOB'S BURGERS = CANCELLED?

What do you think?

I saw no indication of any new episodes airing, and it's not even like that last episode was the season finale.

No. It's always been a little sporadic with how they air new episodes. We're coming into award season now.

No, it's the fallout of being on FOX due to sports.

It was renewed for Seasons Seven and Eight back in October 2015 although it's looking like the aired season eight will actually be episodes [most if not all] from production season seven so technically there's isn't a 'season eight'.
FOX is premiering Making History in March. Son of Zorn will have finished their first season run by then so it's not like they'll move SoZ to 7:30, there's no reason to believe Bob's Burgers has suddenly been cancelled without warning.

It's not cancelled, the next episode'll be Bob Actually on February 12.
