actually the priest says and unbaptized baby COULD go to hell,
he didn't go into specifics. Actually I don't think that is correct
and that you only christen a baby, which is not the same as a
baptismal. I think a child is safe from hell till a certain age,
but(don't get me wrong I think it's a bunch of hooey, and those who
thought of this stuff should have been stoned to death, since it
was just a way to control a populace, but went way too far. Read

The Mormons have been baptizing people in absentia in intentions of enabling them to possibly avoid damnation. Everyone who has ever lived apparently. Now I know Jewish organizations became quite offended at the practice. and the Mormons have stopped doing it publicly. I've heard that privately they are still doing it thou.
