Three things irritated me in this movie (SPOILER ALERT)
1. "Based on actual events." Translation, World War II did happen so we can say it's based on actual events.
2. In one scene it shows a B 17 landing with it's landing gear down except for the tail wheel. This could happen but since there was no mention or any frantic activity my guess is the guys doing the cgi or whatever it's called, the animation messed up.
3. The scene when Wally was killed, I mean he wasn't just killed he was obliterated. Wouldn't there be a lot of damage to the fuselage, like maybe a big hole? And if there was a big hole wouldn't there have been some, maybe a lot of wind?
Bonus Gripe: I've never flown a plane let alone a B 17 but I'm not sure they could do a loop.
Still after all my whining it wasn't a bad movie, I don't know if I would watch it again but I'm glad I watched it.
