WAIT! So is “TEEN” Really Bad?

That’s the confusing thing about this episode. So is Teen “Billy” really a “villain” or at least another one or is he still good? Teen was a great kid who cared about these girls, the women of the coven. He was super upset after the last one got killed. Was all of this a charade? It IS telling that he chose to get rid of all of them other than Agatha or are they all even dead? Agatha clawed her way back up, are the others hurt or dead?

Was it all a lie? Super confusing is we see Williams (Billy’s) life up until that point and he appears to be nothing more than the goofy kid we’re introduced to in this, unless that’s not true. I don’t understand, I mean what exactly is this saying? What’s your take on this?
