Real Hero

I just watched the video with some actors, who were supposed to answer the question about the best performance in the last decade. And I was thinking what I would answer. I have to say the performance of Demian Bichir still resonates inside me, even can´t say it was the best, there are more great performances, but anyway.

I saw it year ago and honestly picked this movie according the picture. There was picture of Demian sitting in the bus, looking out of the window and somehow it sounds maybe stupid, but I saw there kind of fear from the future, hopelessness and something strong inside him at the same time. So I watched and it was masterpiece. This never happened to me before and after as well.

We always watch movies about fake heroes like batman, superman...etc.. and seems like Hollywood is dreaming that someone else will save your life like people would be some sheeps. But real hero is father who wants to protect and get better life for his son in society, where he is not welcome. The emotional scene at the end was so convincing, that I watched it several times and day after again. I don´t want to talk about political aspect, I see the movie like father-son relationship and extreme courage to face the difficult and real life, working hard, short of money and be decent and upright person despite of miserable situations. Ordinary things are not that obvious. And just few actors would made this movie so exceptional. So just wanted to compliment Demian Bichir and also actor playing the son was excellent.
