Yes it was plan to release on 28th. Sep, but for unknown reason it "draws out", there's no other plan about changing the releasing date.
By the way I'm Chinese, for all I know this only happened in China region. I don't know if other country cancels it or not, or maybe it's not even release outside of China?
In a website I usually go to, this film received mixed reviews. It scored 4.8 out 10, not a very good score.
It was released only in Malaysia for now.
