Is this movie funny like Wickerman?

The potential is there. Hayden Christensen and Nicolas cage in the same movie. Is it hilariously bad? Or just bad? Like, wickerman was very funny in a bad way.

A group of friends and I have been watching Cage's 'tax bill' movies over the past year and Wicker Man was definitely a highlight. Unfortunately this is just bad. Cage is gold when he's actually in the fekkin' movie but he only appears briefly at the beginning and then for 20 minutes towards the end. What a 20 minutes though! Staggering around like a squinty-pirate-hobo chewing the scenery, 'Bring me wine!'Unfortunately doesn't make up for the other two-thirds being utter bobbins.

It's face palm worthy.

It's 'dear God I've wasted 99 minutes of my life I'm never getting back." bad.

It's just bad. Not even entertaining bad. It's . . . a waste of film to be brutally truthful.
