I'm confused

Maura had bleeding on the brain which means has caused some minor damage. The don't think it's permanent but she might suffer some memory loss.

They left the progression of Maura's brain injury up in the air. Ron's daughter- in a really childish move- went to Angela at the bar and emotionally blackmailed her into "choosing" to break-up with Ron. She cited that since the shooting at the wedding was on tv, Ron's grandkids saw it all and were stressed out about his safety. And then the daughter left and Angela decided it wasn't fair to them and went to the hospital and broke-up with him without telling him about the visit or the real reason. I'm betting he's going to figure it out.
