Sorry to ask, but can someone shed some light on the significance of the "oops I dropped my pen" thing? I'm not quite sure what that meant and why it was important.

Only in this disgusting age of entitled asshòles. Anybody with manners ( such as myself ) would quickly pick up a pen that somebody dropped and think nothing of it.
