it was never said that they were confirmed dead. I'm not going to be surprised if they or one turns up.
shareC’mon now. Use your common sense. Of course they are dead! The only thing I’m really wondering about is if Oz knew they were in trouble. If he meant for them to get hurt or if he just thought they were locked up and that nothing was going to happen. If they were ok Burk48917, then they would've came home. Again c’mon man.
But I think there WAS a scene of him with his mother where she pretty much said something about it.
Remember, this is comic book logic. Amnesia or simply fearing more violence from Oz are both plausible reasons not to come home. What a twist to have them be revealed at some point, maybe in a future season. They do that shit all the time. I'm not saying it's likely, but it is certainly possible.
