Does your DVD copy have English subtitle for the Deleted Scenes?

Hi. Mine doesn't, so I'm wondering if it's like that everywhere? or if it's the fault of the DVD producer from my country (Philippines).

If it's like that everywhere though, who is responsible for making the DVDs? (Producer? Studio? I have no idea, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Then I'll try to contact them and suggest putting English subtitle to Bonus too.)
