...pull out of her leg? Did anyone get a good look at it? Couldn't tell if it was some sort of bug/parasite or a bunch of sticks like the hanging dolls. Sorry if this has been discussed already. Probably one of the creepiest parts of the movie IMO.

Looked like a botfly with a massive twiggy tail.
shareIt looked like a very creepy-looking centipede to me, but I couldn't make it out. I would assume that it actually was some type of parasitic creature that entered Ashley's body considering the "moving" cut she got from crossing the river barefoot (which was a dumbass idea to me).
