I almost gave up during the last twenty minutes. I just couldn't take all the damn screaming Lisa did. She had to yell her words, too. WTF! Who can hear anything else once she gets to screaming.
I'm on the fence with this movie so I'll have to wait a few days before I can say if I really liked it or not. I'd much rather see a prequel when the witch was a regular human back in the day.

Sure, nobody would panic and scream like crazy while being trapped inside a nightmarish house where you can't seem to find the exit. All the while you are being forced to go towards the attic against your own will. To make things even worse, you are being chased by a demonic witch who is eager to kill you and do who knows what with your poor soul. You are ten minutes away from a gruesome death at the hands of some horrid, inhuman force and yet you want the character to be silent like somebody who walks through the death row.
