That applies to any movie, not just found footage. Selfish, inconsiderate idiots (both young and old) have pretty much made me stop going to the theater, which is a shame because in many cases you need that big screen to do a film real justice.

They really were a horrible cast, that main guy and the black guy were the absolute worst. It didn't help that there was literally no dialogue, shouting everyones name every 5 seconds doesn't make for an interesting movie. I wanted this movie to be good the first is one of my favorite horror films ever and I completely loathed this movie, it was really hard to sit through once you realized "this is it nothing will redeem this movie" and then they finally get to the house and it makes you a tiny bit interested and then... throw in a scene from the descent, show a badly rendered witch (oh and claim its not the witch when people rightly voice how stupid it looks online) and boom its over. The set design of the house and atmosphere was good but that was it and frankly that credit should be given to the art department, they camera movement was way too fast and jerky and you could barely see much of the house very well.
