What if the Ghostbusters were sent to deal with the Blair Witch?

Either those guys from the original Ghostbusters movie Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, Egon along with Dana and Winston, or those women from the new movie were told about the Blair Witch haunting the woods and were sent to deal with her or try to stop her terrorizing the woods.

Might make for a good movie and they deal with ghosts and the paranormal all the time anyway, the Stay Puff Marshmellow Man was no match for them after all, the Witch would be confronted and assaulted head on, dont know if she would win but they would try to fight her and bring the fight to her woods.

They would lose without a doubt. Unlike a lot of the ghosts they face this witch has no definite physical form and can pretty much do whatever she wants. If she feels threatened she's most likely gonna kill them right away.

An entity that can manipulate time and send people back decades and slowly murder them. Yeah, I think the Ghostbusters would not stand a chance.

You just know any studio execs watching these boards are gonna jump on that.

If you want my advice, start penning a short story... Ghostbusters vs Blair Witch... and when they do, you might have some kind of copyright claim. You could make a fortune!

I'm currently writing a story called 'This Summer's biggest movie'. Not only hoping to sue the crap out of every studio that ever releases a trailer (which all use variations on the theme), but to stop them from blatantly *beep* lying in those trailers.
