Aside from all the technical stuff, she gave me an enjoyable ride. She would be the perfect date for many non-social geeks like me. I watch it with my wife and it helps with our sex life too. Don't care about Oscars..just nice movies.
shareI relate Laura in this movie alot. Her loneliness, the empty relationships and all that. I wish I had heard of this movie when it came out. I originally put off watching it (Netflix) because of the sexual content. Once I watched I realized I was watching my life. I am 25 and chased away my Arturo while realizing the meaninglessness of hookups and flings. I've been like Laura and thought of suicide too. I never have because I have my family and a life that has potential.
