Wasn't Julian McMahon cast?

I thought Julian McMahon had been cast as the detective in this film? Why isn't he listed?

He was cast. IMDb is just refusing to accept it. I've submitted his name twice, with sources, to no avail.

IMDB is a very reliable and serious source.They don't post stuff unless they are pretty sure it's official.I'm sure they know what they were doing.They should've their reasons.Mr McMahon had just lost his mum and went through a delicate surgery,IMDB was probably waiting for some official statement.Thumbs up to IMDB!!Great source of information!My best,JB

He definatly is. They are doing a casting call in Winnipeg MB right now and have listed him and Milla as the stars.

Has he been confirmed as the detective? I was kind of hoping he might be the bad guy (he does play them so very well ;))

I am just in the middle of watching this film. Though not yet sure, I was also thinking he might be the bad guy.

But what I wanted to say here was: McMahon seemed to gain some weight in this movie as I didn't even know it was him in the first few scene. However, he looked much better than in Nip/Tuck.

Face blind or not you could tell it was him - he was as terrible as always.
