Voices do not change

Ok so the faces change every time she loses sight of them for an instant; I get that. But the voices do not change! She would have been able to close her eyes and LISTEN to her boyfriend when she became frightened or they had sex. She would have been able to learn to recognize people by voice instead of face. She would have known the difference between the good guys and bad guys very easily by voice and body style alone. That is what killed it for me in this movie.

There are so many other cues as well - body size, shape, hands, familiar clothing, tactile senses, even scents. So, while at first sight, she would be confused and afraid, it shouldn't have taken much more to recognize familiar people after a minute or two with them. However, still plausible that she would be terrified of not recognizing the killer.

What I found especially preposterous was when they proposed Bryce had done it, since I don't think the film ever established any amnesia for the actual incident. She would have woken up realizing that he was the killer in that case, whether she could still recognize his face or not. However, it's true that after trauma, one usually doesn't remember the events immediately preceding it.

Not to mention height and hair color. She really thought that short guy kissing her neck ear the much taller Bryce? Give me a break. I'm actually offended by how awful this movie was and the premise really wasn't that bag. The last 20 minutes were the worst.
