Scene lifted from another movie
The fight scene between Wally and Dr William Winthrop (she's in a black slip and string of pearls) is practically identical to the fight scene with Anne Bancroft & Peter Finch in The Pumpkin Eater (1964). There are too many similarities (the thrown magazine, the string of pearls broken in front of the camera, the smashed mirror, etc) for it to be coincidental. It is totally ripped off.
