When Elena talks to Barry telepathically about wanting to see her father... after that you can hear her again this time much more quietly say "leave me alone". To me it sounds like her and Barry both say "alone" at the same time.
Do you guys have any more small details of any kind that you feel people might have missed?
I think in the scene where Elena wakes up and is about to find the photo under heart rate bed, you can see the reflection of someone (probably Barry) walking away.
Not completely sure, but I think the Devil's Teardrop knife has a face on the handle, on the side of the brass knuckle-type grip.
If you watch this on DVD and pause and do a frame-by-frame FF, you can see the entire journal, and there is some crazy sh!t in it.
I just remembered the escape scene, and the frame in which Elena gets into this elevator type room, where there are few pipes in somewhat rainbow colors. I think it's contrasting to the black rainbow that Nyle has seen.
Maybe the journey Nyle and Elena have taken is something more of a projection of their own "soul" and unconscious fears/desires.
