I'm intrigued. Seems like a rather unique idea

I'm into it! I'm so sick of every thread having a 'this reminds me a lot of...' (lets make the headline ambiguous so people click and see my stupid connection between this movie and some random European short they saw made in the 60s)

I have personally never seen or heard of a concept like this, and of course there's a lot more that needs to be announced before I can get 100% behind it, but as of now it has my interest

What is also quite interesting is the plot is virtually identical to that of the novel 'Gone Girl' by Gillian Flynn, soon to be made into a film by David Fincher.

In what way is the plot virtually identical to 'Gone Girl'? I read the book and from I know of this film the plot is not the same.

If you feel that way do you think Gillian Flynn read Ned Benson's script before she wrote her book? You see the DoER script was on the Blacklist for 2006 and her book just came out last year.
