SPOILER: Chances of survival

Hello,
who do you think has a greater chance of survival:

a) Clara and Darvell
b) Eleanor and Frank

My money is on a), because Clara has managed the survival of both women during the last centuries while Eleanor just improved her writing skills.

And Darvell has lived his own life the same time.

So I think that Eleanor and Frank will soon hit the rocks and either end up as the targets of a nationwide manhunt for murder and / or spilling the beans on vampire immortality.
Or the organization tracks them down and kills them.

What do you think?

But on the other hand...Darvell killed Savella, effectively betraying the Brethren and putting himself on their hit list. So, I think the Brethren would really be focusing on finding him. (That is, if they find out about what happened to Savella. More on that below.)

Eleanor and Frank are comparative small-fry.

One thing both pair have in their favour is that The Brethren wouldn't know -at least for a time- that Darvell allied himself with Clara. Likewise, they'd have no clue at all about Frank becoming a vampire now. Nor would they know that Clara and Eleanor aren't travelling together any longer. So, they would still be looking for two women -not two couples travelling separately. The Brethren seems to have a hard time changing their thought processes. I think it wouldn't occur to them that this sort of change could take place.

Frank is supposedly from the United States as well. He and Eleanor could go back there. It's uncertain what sort of presence The Brethren have there.
