Has Don Haney left the show or is going to return at some point?

So, if he's pursuing roles in the US, I hope he's not stuck and wasted being typecast as a terrorist all the time. GRRRRRRRR. COME BACK!!! There does seem to be hope.

That seriously sucks. In the first season they never even got to fully establish their relationship, they were ALWAYS interrupted every episode.
And I knew with the introduction of that new registrar guy (Fraser), that was meant to 'make up' for a lack of Dr Chris in this season. Not happy Jan. :(
Fraser is NO substitute for Dr. Chris.
And, why the hell would he go back to his crazy wife? That made NO sense, even if he was leaving the show - which I hope he's not.

Well finally Dr Chris is back! God I missed him.
Patrick was alright at the start but his moodiness and standoffishness got old really quick, he doesn't deserve Nina. It seems like Nina is into Patrick more than he is with her whereas Chris and Nina's love for each other was equal.
He's not credited at all at IMDB for any Offspring eps this season except for 2.1 and 2.4 - maybe he's not back in person and will come back in S3?
And, yeah, Patrick was okay, until he showed how super high maintenance emotionally he is. Nina so does not need that - although she does tend to fall for guys with serious baggage. She and Chris do belong together. Funny how no one else is right for her.
