Could Martin even talk?
How in the hell could he have made the arrangements he did (with the movie industry people, or even the man who was going to rent him out the warehouse)? We did not ONCE hear/see him talk. For all we know, he is a mute, YET, we are supposed to believe that he had the charm, or even the ability to get people to do what he wanted by VOICE? I think not. So, I'm in the camp that says this was all just his FANTASY and not a very plausible/realistic one at that.
