Where did the 4th victim come from??

So I'm trying to get it straight in my head who all TWELVE sections of the centipede were. Not in order of connection, but in order of appearance in the film:

#1 & #2--the kid and his girlfriend
#3--bald guy angry at ATM
#4--shaved headed kid--WHERE DID HE COME FROM??
#5 & #6--rich guy and pregnant wife
#7 & #8--two drunk party girls
#9--loud neighbor
#10 & #11--cab driver and hooker
#12--Ms. Yennie

We first see #4 (in the Netflix Instant version, anyway) already bound and gagged in the warehouse while Martin is cutting the clothes off of the girlfriend. Any ideas where Martin found him??

After Martin has knocked out #1 & #2, he goes to his van then drives it back to where his victims are. Martin rolls 'the girlfriend'(#2 in your list) onto her belly, then duct-tapes her hands. The next shot is of Martin opening the rear doors of his van... and your victim (short brown hair, white t-shirt, grey track pants) IS ALREADY IN THE BACK OF THE VAN.

Martin then has a coughing fit and uses his inhaler. It then cuts to Martin back in his office - the viewer's assumption being that he's loaded the girlfriend/boyfriend couple into the back of his van. In his office, Martin rewinds HC1 on his computer and pulls out his HC scrap book. ATM Man comes next..

So, this unexplained victim is (not including the warehouse landlord, who Martin accidentally kills instead of just injures) actually Victim#1, not 4!

Oh was that an ATM? I thought he had got stuck in the garage and the machine to let him out had broken, hence his hissy fit.
