Most of his victims would have died from the bash on the head with the crowbar,we have some of them with untreated gunshot wounds,he's lucky he has any victims left by the time he brings in the girl from the first film lol....I am writing this before the depravity begins,I just felt the need to point out the daftness of his kidnap methods. :D

Yes, and he bashes them again later as "anaesthesia". But I think the whole thing is his daydream anyway.

Also idk how effective one hit to the head is at knowing you out
