sharethe pregnant woman only had such an opportunity after they had been stapled together and had their knees injured. If only she wasn't in such a panic as she bolted for it she might not have been screaming and not have been noticed, or went for a weapon and attacked the guy.
It seems like the only opportunity they had was at some point prior to having their knees cut if they could have some how stood up/crouched maybe they could have all jumped at the guy knocking him dow. Or the one guy who managed to get his mouth free could have tried to chew someone elses binds.
Their ankles were clearly taped together. That's why they don't leave.
shareThe pregnant lady's aren't. Her hands aren't either for that matter. Duct tape isn't that hard to break, and in several shots we see that not everyone has been shot in the leg. I paid close attention to it on my most recent viewing, which was just a few days ago. I still see no reason why at least half of them were in no condition to just work together and get the hell out of there during the hours and hours that he was gone. I'm just going to assume that the whole movie happened in the little fat man's head.

Agreed. Before any of the 'surgery' had taken place, the pregnant woman had multiple opportunities to get out/help untie people. Also, there was a brown haired dude that managed to get the tape off of his mouth, so he could've potentially helped get other people untied...either by biting tape or attempting to motivate the useless pregnant woman.
