I got the impression that those were Russian mafia operating in Romania. Then again I could be wrong, I mean who really pays attention to the details of a Seagal movie?

Those were Romanians acting like Russians. Seagal with the bad attitude cursing his allies on the police force.This movie was terrible, just bad all around👎
