I've only just finished series one. I found the series very enjoyable and felt it improved as the show progressed. I would be interested to know how series two compares?
shareI liked Season 1 and 2 the most. Season 3 seemes a bit too much like a soup opera to me, it was just OK.
shareAll were good, but season 2 was the best for me. It maintained the maturity that season 1 gained near the end, and it improves on realism and clarity.
Season 3 was good but weaker then season 1 and 2.
Season 3 had lost the political intrigue and concentrated on the (barely credible) personal relationships and sexual antics between the main players. A shame.
They were right to end the series now.
