Last 25 minutes cut off
Another reason to hate my cable provider...
shareOh you must also have DirecTV. Wasn't that infuriating!! I just watched the rest of the episode on AMC.com. I have to warn you, it's pretty upsetting.
shareNo, I have Spectrum (f/k/a Time Warner Cable). The programming blocked the usual 60 minutes and had Badlands starting at 10:00. I didn't have Badlands scheduled to record on my DVR.
I managed to record a later showing. I really expected to see
Lydia
on the pike.
I expected to see her too but I guess Alpha couldn't do it. She certainly was able to make a big statement though, and give Lydia grief and guilt for the rest of her life! I can't wait til Alpha's taken out!
shareI think that is one area where they won't deviate from the comics.
shareI never read the comics, just started watching the show because I'm a horror fanatic and never stopped. I think it's the best show on television. It's not perfect and some episodes are better than others, but I absolutely love it!
shareYea, total BS. I had it recorded for its run time (1:00) and it cut out 20 minutes early. Had to scramble on to AMC.com like you. Really pissed me off, getting fed up with Direct TV.
shareI am too! We upgraded our equipment a few months ago and it's been nothing but problems. It resets itself while we're watching, the remotes don't always work and we have to reboot it constantly. We used to love DirecTV but it's so problematic now.
shareConstant glitches and freezing while watching live TV, its the worst while watching a live sports event. I've had techs come out and "fix" it, but nothing changed
shareI'm really sorry about that, it must be infuriating. It seems that all this started after AT&T took it over. They really ruined a good thing :-(

I had to register but it only takes a minute and it was well worth it to be able to watch the rest of the show.
What was annoying was that there are A LOT of commercials that you can't fast forward. If you register for the
commercial free membership, of course, there are no commercials but that's a paid subscription, not something I
would be interested in. Hopefully it'll be a long time until I have to do that again, if ever :-)
Me too. I recorded the second showing and extended it a half hour. Directtv is usually damn good to me, I'll allow a occasional hiccup.
