Haven't watched since Glen Died.

After Glenn and ABe were slaughtered seasons 7 and 8 were consistently the worst writing TWD has ever seen. It's like every episode was wrangling for the worst position.
The remaining characters were severely neglected and characters nobody cared about brought to the forefront..But nothing good ever happened. It just meandered on and on with characters acting as mostly unbelievable static plot devices.
I quit season 8.

I tried season 9 mostly due to AL leaving. So far, if you can stomach the latest plot device, this season has been totally different. It has been good but they've lost so many people that it is almost a total reboot. Time will tell if they can pull it off.
I'll give it a chance.

I stopped watching after or during season 7. I prefer and love seasons 1-5. I thought "The Day Will You Come When You Won't be'' really showed Rick's breakdown and memory lane. But that was it. I only watched this one to see if Rick really did die as the rumors were swirling before that he would, and the flashbacks. The Shane one really brought back older times of episodes.

So I'm the only one who hated Glenn's character? I was way more pissed to see Abraham die.

Too bad. Nice surprises are on the way. The show has improved this season.
