Spoiler for next season 9...
They will start off doing fairly okay. Then they'll meet a new group of people, who have an evil leader, who tries to take over their new homes and groups. People will die..the rest of the original characters will be killed off. They'll split up from each other, get lost from each other. Spend the whole season wandering around trying to find each other. They'll engage in all out war. And then they'll prevail somehow. And then we'll do it all over again next season, just in a different setting.
Because that's how every season since season one has went.
