When the heli came, looked around for about 10 seconds like how a human looks when moving with their head instead of doing a flyby then just flies off. Seriously if this show isn't turning you off or making you stop watching, it's killing brain cells.

The chick (forgot her name) also douses the flare from Negan's hand only to relight one up herself right after -_-... like what the heck was the point of all that if that was the plan in the first place?

i couldn’t figure out how he got the gun, the flare and the pictures being tied up.

Yeah, it just showed him rolling on the dolly with the chain attached then next scene he's holding a flare, a gun, and pictures she stashed in her shed. He mentioned if you wanted to kill me, you wouldn't have left all these guns lying around or something like that.
