I kind of think he's a more personable villain and more threatening than Negan. I agree with him (as far as being a villain/threat goes) that they need to do something different, give up with these communities or just wipe them out, 2nd chance after 2nd chance after 2nd chance is kind of weak for a villain. Simon is just more menacing to me.
shareYep, I agree and Steven Ogg is also a better actor than JDM. Negan doesen't work on any level for me, while I find Simon much more captivating. And did I say better acted?

Simon knows what's up. Wipe them out or just move on. Saves a great deal of time, hassle, lives and resources.
