With the writing it wouldn't surprise me if she doesn't something dumb to let him get away. Is she just going to keep him hostage somewhere or try to take him to Rick? We know he won't die so if she takes him to Rick he'll get away (probably in some stupid fashion) or they'll (Saviors) successfully rescue him.

No, this wasn't in the comic, the garbage group is completely made up for the show. I don't watch the show anymore, but I'm going to assume, there will be a lot of talking between the two. You'll probably hear something about Jadis' backstory or how her family died and Negan will probably talk about his past life. There will appear to be some mild torture, but nothing excessive, because I don't think they will put Negan down too much and yes he'll go away somehow to be back in the finale.
I'm sure Negan will say something that is supposed to be considered humorous, such as revealing "He'd totally screw the queen of garbage or if you're interested in junk I think I got the right kind in my pants here."
Something cringy along those lines. The banter back and forth between characters on this show isn't very good, which is why nobody is invested in anything that is going on lately.
She's probably taking him to the grinder, but I'm SURE something stupid will happen to let Negan get out of that pickles, YET AGAIN. Probably Rick finding Jadis and saying smth like: "He's MINE to KILL!" ROFLMAO.

Why even ask this question? She shouldn't even have him captured and riding in her car. She should have killed him immediately when she had the chance.
No, instead we get to endure another whole episode where Jadis has some kind of brilliant revenge planned to inflict on Negan...who will escape to fight on for however longer the moron-writers decide to drag out this storyline until Rick eventually gets to defeat him.
Yeah, they are stupide.
Carl hides out in the back of one of Negan's trucks, the truck arrives at Negan's compound. Negan is standing right by the back of the truck, Carl pops up with a machine gun and proceeds to just stand there talking to Negan and listening to Negan's spiel until henchmen sneak up and capture Carl.
Rick and about 20-30 cars with metal fencing attached to one side show up at Negan's compound. Negan walks out on his little "porch" and starts chatting. There are about 20 machine guns fixed on him. But no one shoots.
Rick has Negan's car flipped over, Negan struggling to get out. Rick goes crazy shooting about 200 rounds in ten seconds while he's 100 feet away (of course every one misses) and when he gets close to him inside the building is out of ammo.
It's mind numbing if you stop and think about it.
Now Jadis has him, gun in hand and decides to just hang on to him until his inevitable escape.
Yeah, that is 6 year old first-grader stuff ... why are they trying to make us into intellectual zombies on this stupid show?
