How dead is Simon? And how will Negan kill Simon when he meets up with him again? It has to be worse than melting face with an iron.

It's going to be bad for Simon. Probably lots of torture, and far worse than what he did to Dwight.

Now, if Simon somehow escapes, lays low, and starts his own community, that might be interesting.

My guess is somehow Negan convinces Jadis that Simon was not acting on orders and makes a deal with her. Maybe we get to see the industrial shredder again?

I like Simon though, he may be as ruthless as Negan but he seems smart enough to know when a fight isn't worth it anymore.

Assuming he survives the Hilltop fight then Negan will get him.
