Hey, if we had more Negan episodes, then we wouldn't get treated to amazing and fascinating episodes like, for instance, spending an entire episode watching Tara's fat-ass wander around in the woods and finally meet up with a group of man-avoiding femmes who just happen to have a shitload of guns that will conveniently supply them to Rick when he needs to arm his "army" for combat against Negan.

Both these reasons maybe, but probably to strecthhhhhhhh out the seasons!
