I dont understand Rosita in this. She was dumped by the guy...so what? Maybe she feels just useless and full of failure. Hatred for Negan, Revenge in general - I get that all.

If the group was in full submission mode as they were earlier in the season I could understand this, but now that they clearly have a plan in place it seems selfish and idiotic to go rogue like this. They would need to know with certainty that the rest would lay down their arms if Negan was dead. Maybe the writers are making some subtle commentary about the dangers of creating a power vacuum when you aren't sure what will replace it, but sadly I doubt it.

I like that they just need to act. Living in constant terror and remembering what this man has done to the people they love - I can see why they can't stand it. Waiting for Rick and the junkyard weirdos to get their 5hit together too must be hellish frustrating... they also don't trust the junkyard weirdos because they're too much of an unknown. They are well aware that sheer determination and a set of balls might not be enough, and that it's a suicide mission and they don't care - die trying rather than not try at all. I also think they're anticipating they can bump off Negan without too many people getting hurt.

We as fans know it will go tits up, be a total bloodbath and someone precious is going to be dead by the end of it.

It could have succeeded if they had the mentality of a real sniper. The real question is, why go to the compound at all?

Negan exposes himself far too often with far too little assets. He is an easy ambush.

As it is, Rosita should have been killed long ago. Negan allowed her to live after taking a shot at him? That is far fetched.

Rick, Carl, and Rosita should all be dead.
