That's actually probable. They've never really focused on her until now. That's usually a sign they are going to die.

Why would they bother giving her a scar if they are going to kill her off?

To make her look more badass. Maybe they noticed that her flawless looks are more than unrealistic at last.

I get the badass part... which makes me think they have more in store for her as there would be little point in giving her a scar just so she can get killed off in a few episodes.

at this point she is annoying as hell and has no "mate" or reason to be in the group anymore. Unless theyre not giving her a romantic lovestory with father gabriel I see no future for her...
