IKR! they should definitely do something like that..
They did exactly that in The New Girl Episode of Season 4. After Audrey comes back and pretends to be Lexie, there's some young, crippled guy who takes over other's bodies in order to exact revenge and try to get a working body. He takes over Duke and plans to keep his body by killing his own damaged one, but Audrey/Lexie figures out a way to have that backfire on him.
Anyhow, it was also a bit of what Croatoan was doing with Dave in the end of the series too. I hadn't realized Tommyknockers was in Haven either. Guess I'll have to refresh my memory with a re-read. :)
