I totally remember that the FBI agent came to Haven and rented an "place or apartment" that was connected or above a business. Duke happened to own the place. I remember her saying that she will "have the check (payment) ready" or "the check is ________". I remember watching very start of Haven and seen a few episodes here and there. Well now I decided to watch all of it by binge watching and during the start, it did not show any of the above. Did Netflix change or take out anything??? I got plenty of shows waiting for 2017 season, so I picked Haven after checking random series for interest.

Duke is not the owner of Audrey's place is season 1. But in season 2 she rents the second floor of the Grey Gull which belongs to Duke. If I remember right, the rent comes up in one of the earlier episodes of season 2 and in episode 6 of the same season.

Ok, so I saw it on tv. Now gonna watch it all on Netflix.
