is this doc no longer going to come out BEFORE the reboot/remake whatever they're calling it? I remember a few.. well probably a YEAR ago when "His Name was Jason" came out they said they had planned, at the time, to hit dvd the week before or week of the remake with the dvd... I haven't been keeping up on the remake, sorry but the ads I've seen are just NOT doing it for me.. but I was DEFINITELY waiting to see this and slip it right next to my original 7 disc collector's edition set.

I'm with you there dude and I'm starting to get the feeling we wont see this before May. Hopefully its due to them having so much great stuff to put on the disc that they cant get it out in time for the remake release. I'm happy to wait a little longer for the complete package rather than something thats rushed together in order to cash in on the new movie.

I believe BloodyDisgusting listed it for a May 4 release date. It may only be available through the elmstreetlegacy website though.

The back cover confirms that it's coming out May 4. You can see it at Shock Till You Drop.com. The cover art, itself, is painted by Matthew Peak(the artist who did the paintings for the posters of NOES1-NOES5, which has me really stoked about this dvd!
