he's too important for something like this even though it got his career started.
besides, Kevin Bacon didn't come back for the F13th Doco, why should Depp.

Johnny Depp would have probably done it. He said that he would have appeared in New Nightmare had they bothered to invite him.

Plus, unlike Friday the 13th, Nightmare was actually a good movie.

They didn't get Breckin Meyer, either.

They did show a interview clip of him talking about Nightmare on another show :/

If he wasn't busy with Alice in Wonderland or whatever movie he was working on at the time, he probably would have shown up in the doc, without a doubt

they tried to get both him and Patricia Arquette up until the very last minute, they just couldn't get their schedules to line up. It would have been better with those two, but they got pretty much everyone else so it's hard to complain too much.
