Recieved my DVD in the mail today. I'm excited about the documentary but was very dissapointed to find that my poster was not signed by Heather Langenkamp as advertised on the website. I ordered from elmstreetlegacy.com last week, obviously well before June 1st.

I understand that mistakes can happen, thanks for the response. I sent an e-mail to that address regarding this issue and hopefully it can be resolved. I watched a good chunk of the DVD last night and I'm really enjoying it, very well done!

I recieved 2 e-mails that were both very apologetic and I was assured that a replacement poster was already in the mail. Great customer service and an amazing documentary.
