how does Mickey overtake the damn guards on the bus.. would you say the Doctor had something to do with sabotage aka helping the escape?

we later find out he is quite obsessed with murder.

I think it was sorta implied that the doctor helped him somehow. Maybe he took handcuffs off or something.

He sounded like he was jealous that Dr. Loomis got to see him "in the wild" so to speak.

that makes sense and also the doctor was still "alive" in the bus before the kid shot him while the other authorities were killed

I agree, I really think that he did have something big to do with the escape, but it isn't really alluded to until later.
