One definite good thing

They got rid of this nonsense about Laurie and Michael being related. Only took 'em 37 years to get that right!

reply

Well, thanks for ruining it for me...

🙄

While it’s already done...

Is he after her to PORK her or KILL her?

reply

It's in the trailer (and I think people have been discussing this aspect for some time).

I think he's after her because when she runs, he has to walk a little faster to catch up with her. That sort of thing can become a nuisance.

reply

They better f*cking answer why he’s after her, for f*ck’s sake.

All you heard was, “Noooo...Michael!” in Halloween 2 and a stupid flashback.

Yeah...THAT cleared things up!

A$$HOLES!

It was explained in the first movie. Remember when Laurie swung by the Myers' house to drop the key off? Michael Myers was in the house and saw her. After that he began following/stalking her throughout the day. Probably because she was supposedly trespassing on his property. Then after that, Laurie, Annie, and Linda were giving him crap when walking home from school. Mainly Annie. "Hey, jerk, speed kills." Michael was originally driving by slowly in a creepy way, sped up, and then hit the brakes when Annie said that line of dialogue. So Michael found his next target, which was all three girls. Michael continued to focus on following/stalking Laurie though after that because of when she swung by the Myers' place to drop off the key.

IS that something that actually bothered you?

reply

Me? Yes. It was lazy writing.

reply

it was the best part of "halloween 2"

reply

That's not saying much. Listen to John Carpenter talk about how thrilled he was writing that lethargic nonsense.

reply

JC didn't direct the sequel so his opinion is irrelevant
