How many people calling this one the best one in the trilogy, were around in 1995. Let alone over 13? I mean they are both simple action movies, but the plot in this one is ludicrous!! Witches? A mother and son duo almost bringing down an entire precinct?? Then a helicopter falls into the center of a hotel. Wow.

Re-watch movie that started it all... I would put it at a Beverly Hills Cop 1 level.

I only saw the first one and I thought it sucked. Michael Bay can’t direct to save his life.

I thought it was probably about on par with the first one. But both were much better than the awful 2nd movie which was about half an hour too long and had about 50 too many F bombs.
