I guess the other countries were satisfied with the slap on the wrist the Israelis gave him. Maybe they weren't too bothered as his victims were goyim. There wasn't really even an attempt to have him face justice anywhere else. They must have sent him back to his home country, so I guess they were content to let Israel decide what to do with him.
